Client Intake Form
Our 1:1 clients complete a detailed Business Intake Form sharing information regarding the current state & future vision of your business.
This will give Julie important base information to quickly create a coaching environment of action and execution.
Your Business Foundation:
Stage 1: Vision Casting
- Review of current Business Vision/Mission & Values
- Establish new if required - Client given access to Julie’s Vision Casting Workshop Material
- Creation of immediate, medium and long term business vision (if applicable, include Exit Strategy)
Client Deliverable: Clarity and Creation of a 1, 3 and 10 year detailed business vision
Your Business Foundation:
Stage 2: Growth Goals
- Review of clients current short, medium and long term goals.
- Establish new (if applicable)
- Determine gaps to be filled based on Vision Casting
Client Deliverable: Creation of 1-3 detailed, specific, goals that if executed on has the power to increase the clients:
- Personal and Professional Leadership
- Balance in Life & Business
- Increased Revenue
- Joy & Ease in her delivery of business results
Stage 1 & 2 are foundational to business growth, success and results. Timing for completion within the 12 weeks is dependent on the client’s current status in these areas and any changes required.
Planning For Success:
Stage 3: Strategic Business Planning
In this stage we evaluate/establish a 12 week strategic business plan that will help you identify and implement the CRITICAL actions needed (in the next 12 weeks) to move toward reaching your longer term goals.
We specifically create a plan with implementation, effective execution and balance in life & work as our goal.
The plan will outline weekly deliverables, tactics, action items necessary to complete to move toward your goals and vision.
We focus on a 12 week cycle because it is long enough to ‘get things done’ and short enough to maintain a sense of urgency.
Client Deliverable:
Creation of your first 12 week business plan that incorporates vision, goals and specific weekly tactics/actions to grow the business as desired.
Creating A LEGACY:
Stage 4: Execution / Operation System

Weekly Support and Accountability provided to assist client in executing on her plan

Support & Coaching required in the creation of the CEO Mindset necessary for growth, scale and achievement of 6&7 figure revenue success
