I agree to the terms and conditions:

1. Coach & Client will meet for 12 set ‘Live’ virtual sessions for 1 hour per session via digital Zoom Meeting Format, over the 3-month time frame.

2. Coach & Client will jointly develop a Coaching Plan based on the Client’s outcomes/desired results for Coaching.

3. Coach agrees to facilitate, and Client agrees to follow Coaching Plan.

4. Coach agrees to spend an appropriate amount of time in preparation for meeting with the Client. Client will have access to communicate with Coach in between sessions via email and/or use of the free App ‘Voxer’. Coach will respond to Client within a 24hr turnaround time.

5. Client understands that the result of any coaching will depend on her ability to take effective action and follow the Coaching Plan to the best of her abilities, communicate clearly and consistently with the Coach and to take responsibility for the results achieved. The Client agrees that the Coach can only facilitate. The responsibility for making the process work is the Client’s alone as no one else can do this for them.

6. The Client agrees to share with the Coach all matters on which the Client needs assistance. Client agrees that matters not shared with the Coach may not be resolved or may impede the successful achievement of her goals and objectives.

7. The Coach agrees to use their best efforts to assist the Client to resolve any matters shared with the Coach and the Coach agrees to confidentiality.

8. Client agrees that the Coach will assign tasks to be done in between coaching sessions, and that the Client will give her best effort to fulfill these tasks completely. Client further agrees that if the tasks are not done the outcome of the coaching can not be predicted and may be impacted.

9. Client understands that the Coach is not providing psychological or medical advice and that Coaching should in no way replace sound treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. Your Coach is not a licensed Medical Doctor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, MFT (Master in Family Therapy) or MSW (Master in Social Work). The services you receive are not licensed in this province, nor are they regulated by a governmental body. I will always provide only those services in which I have been trained and certified, and if I find I cannot help you, I will refer you to a licensed person who can assist you.

10. Client agrees to pay the Coach a total of $4,500.00 USD under this agreement based on payment option selected through this checkout page.
